Superior Machinery uses an advanced production management system and is equipped with a full set of advanced processing and inspection equipment.

Over the years, we have always pursued development and innovation, introducing advanced production equipment, improving our production capacity and management level, strictly controlling each quality process.

At present our team is made of 80 people in the factory, 4 people in technology research and development, 3 people in professional QC inspection, 6 people in the sales and service department.

There are four factory workshops: screw, barrel, alloy, and vacuum sintering workshop. The annual output of alloy products is about 5000set.

The factory has many high-precision CNC turning machining centers, CNC screw milling machines, CNC vertical machining centers, Taiwan CNC bottom diameter grinding machines, CNC inner hole grinding machines, nickel-based vacuum sintering furnaces, bimetal centrifugal casting furnaces, quenching furnaces and ions Nitriding furnace and other processing equipment, as well as advanced quality inspection equipment.

Technical advantages: the company has established a professional R&D team to continuously overcome technical difficulties. In 2009, we successfully developed nickel-based alloy vacuum sintering barrel technology and applied for its own patent. The service life is 8 times longer than that of iron-based barrels. It is currently the most wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant barrel produced in China.
